Polar Lights 1:350 Scale Star Trek Starship Enterprise, Part 2

Some of the windows are supposed to be dark, so the "glass" parts don't extend into the dark windows. The dark windows were actually not opens in the part originally, but I cut them out. What I'll do is fill them in like this others with the clear resin, them black them out from the inside. From the outside all the windows will look the same that way. Or at least that's the idea...

When I went to test the very first LED, the one for the lower center of the sausar, it didn't work. The voltage checked out all good, but no light. Great...

I wanted to test this one first because I want a certain character of light here and I felt I might have to use a different LED. It looks like I'll be using a different one regardless. I'll have to order some...

Two more LEDs didn't work. After WAY too much debugging I figured out the all three failed LEDs have their leads reversed. I had to cut them and solder them back swapped. Well that's annoying. I suppose they all wrong?
